Wow!  I do every one of those!  Been trying to work on most of these things for years with very little difference being made through therapy.

Last night I couldn't make much comment because I was soooo triggered. What I also found was validation. I could see that I wasn't crazy, imagining things or making stuff up. The friend who sent it told me I must have a high "ACES" score. If you change parent/adult etc to sibling, yes, I do.

Everything except the validation. Whilst I do good things, try to treat people well, and push myself hard there's an inner flinch if anyone is to compliment or thank me. I hate myself so much, it makes me feel bad and just kicks off an inner monologue about how bad and awful I really am.
