Although I had read other books about this topic, I found that those were not as helpful as this one. The author made me aware that some of my boundaries were weak or rigid instead of strong and healthy.
This book is about physical, mental, emotional, material and spiritual boundaries after being in any kind of pathological relationship and having suffered from any kind of physical, sexual, emotional, financial or social abuse.  The author also shows a practical way to create new healthy, flexible boundaries in some areas we may not have any at all. This book can help prevent us from becoming involved with abusers in our life and this is the book I come back to when I need help.
