I'm not super far into this book yet, but Lysa's books always present material to allow one time dig within fit healing of some type.

This book is already making me think of PDs and regular people and how rejection is at the heart of a lot of our issues.

The fear of being abandoned and the fear of losing one's identity have already been cited as what feeds one's sensitivity to rejection.

It's seems like it's somewhere at the heart of where BPD arises, but applicable for anyone who doesn't even know what BPD is and is in no way affected by it.

I moved.... and the book got packed up and I haven't read it again  yet. But I'm going to dig for it!
