I just watched this video, I have never thought of needing to go NC with my BPDm. For some reason I have kept trudging along as if I could just find the right way to handle her and process the damage. But watching this video made me really consider the effects that her behavior will have on me. He does this cool demonstration with cups of liquid. It blew my mind. I want to share it in case it would support and encourage anyone else. Best wishes. <3
