Title: Feeling lost
Post by: MeFirst on June 27, 2021, 06:52:15 PM
We have family law court again in 3 weeks. Expert report says he (uNpd) can have 5 nights (currently has 4). I think it should be less. But not sure what to do. If I keep defending I'll end up looking like the aggressor, it would be good for this to end but more time doesn't sit right with me either.

Hi MeFirst,
I'm sorry to hear you're feeling lost. I don't have any particular advice to give, but I certainly know the lost feeling, or something similar.  Stay strong.  :bighug:

I can't imagine the fear you are experiencing.  My only advice is to ask if you have any recordings or video of abuse?  What does your lawyer say?

I hope it breaks your way.

Have requested an appointment with the lawyer, so have to wait. I don't think I recorded any of his rants but might have to check my phone and old files.

I wish I'd thought more about evidence whilst in the relationship.

Is there anything you can offer, or back off on, as a compromise?
