I am reading Susan Forward's brilliant book, Emotional Blackmail, and I keep thinking, what if the person using FOG against me is an NPD or BPD . I know the lessons learned in the book are valuable regardless, but are there special nuances or things to consider beyond what's in the book if the person has cluster B behaviors?

I read this book many years ago when I was still deep in the fog and I remember that I found it interesting but not much help with my situation with my NPDh. The first book that really helped me was 'Stop walking on Eggshells' by Kreger.
However, if the PD in your life uses a lot of emotional blackmail this book might help you see it more clearly.
