At minute 14:00 she explores the question around how do we re-learn intimacy when we've grown up with emotionally immature parents?

It really helped me to appreciate what I was up against as a child, and what was just not possible for my PD parents.

Specifically, she talks about what happens when a normally developing child goes to hug an emotionally immature parent. Very moving. Would love to know if this helps others as we work to clear away the fog.
