Thanks for this guitarman.   I have found the Karpman Drama Triangle one of the most helpful tools to understand human dynamics, especially PD's.

Ironically (or perhaps not ironically) my uPD sibling has tried to educate me on this very triangle, writing in one of their email screeds about how this triangle exists and how I play persecutor and victim.   Yep.   Can't make this stuff up.    Also accuses me of "baiting" and "triangulating".
