Screaming at the tv?

Does anyone else's spouse SCREAM at the tv during a sporting event? Its every night during baseball season and he thunders around the house. I guess I should be glad that its not directed at me but its miserable to be around.

I used to think that it was somewhat intentional to intimidate the rest of the house, but now I think its because he just doesn't care.

My ex husband used to do that.  They can't hear you in there lol!

Yeah it was so loud that I would fly down the stairs IS SOMETHING ON FIRE?!!  No Sportsball team scored....

I have a friend who sleeps with ear plugs. Improved her quality of sleep and reduced her anxiety.
