divorced - finally. worried about custody

After three months of waiting - the judge finally issued the decision on our divorce. So, now we are finally divorced. hurrah! The judge found both of us at fault, which I expected. No fault divorce doesn't exist in this jurisdiction. What I didn't expect is that the judge found my xPDH's control acceptable and anger justifiable. What has thrown me though is that the judge wrote that my xPDH appeared to be the one intimidated because he was able to sit patiently through long hearings and that I am the one who is irascible! This does not bode well for custody proceedings which haven't even started yet. So, while I am relieved to be finally officially divorced, I'm worried that the judge won't believe his behavior in front of the children.
