Title: Radical Acceptance - waxes and wanes
Post by: Associate of Daniel on April 23, 2021, 02:51:21 AM
I'm finding lately that my uNPD exH's constant taking of miles when given an inch, and even just his self entitlement overall is causing me to lose my ability to practise radical acceptance.

I've gone for a long period of just rolling with things but lately it's really annoying me.

Do you find radical acceptance waxes and wanes?

How do you get back to practising it?

Wow - how did you get to that point in the first place? I ask because I'm no where near that yet.

I imagine, like everything, RA waxes and wanes. Like weight loss: loose a few pounds, gain them back, loose them, get them back....

Take a break if you need to. Don't beat yourself up, and start again when you're ready. You got this.
