Has anyone experienced punishment for working on themselves?

a pot of planting soil was somehow overturned onto the floor because I only walked halfway to hand something, lamp broken, plunger broken, living in fear my new norm, watched, followed, no conversation-zero, unless to loudly call me crazy, no cooperation, fry an egg? toast? burger? ramen noodles? anything, everything to cause anxiety, upset, FEAR. Oh is this hard for you? does it more. What, you dont like this, it is problematic, unsafe--I'll do it anyway, especially if you do not wait on me hand and foot or dare to call me out on something. How about doing something that could lead to job loss.  Huh? then you will be stuck. Spy Ware. plundering, naked ass and other who knows what this is all about, inappropriate...If you dare attempt to converse, question, solve, resolve, I will make sure you don't again. Just do, for me and/or get punished. Ask me to do something-same.

I am just trying to take care of myself. Now comes the bullying. I am the imperfect one, but I tried to do better.
