Vision boards/books

Wondering if anyone here has done a vision board/book. I first learned about this as more of a business goal thing. Decided to try it in terms of how I might see my life without Updh in it.
Have really just started, wondering what others here think.
Also, similar to a journal, have to keep it private/secret. Was working on it and heard h coming so quickly covered it up. Somehow I've lost a small cut out picture 
I was in my office. It can't have gone far...I cannot find it!! Unfortunately it's something that could be triggering for h.... If HE finds it I will need to make up something about where it came from...yeesh.

I have not tried it. Do you find it helpful? I think it sounds like a visual journal. I always say I am going to journal and don't, so maybe I will try a vision board.
