A resource on narcissists

My covert narc SO has caused me to learn a lot about the problem from external sources. I'm not sure if this is the place to share, but this particular  YouTube channel has been particularly helpful (and all too accurate). Here are a couple of sample videos.

I don't have any connection to the channel, but as I said I have found it to be the most useful and knowledgeable. Dr Carter has, through his videos, answered many of my questions and continues to boost my confidence when I feel weak. I hope it helps another narc sufferer.
