Once again...Perspective

As I was just replying to another thread, it dawned on me how my pwPD is so adamant about how much she is changing. In the last 5 months since she has come to the realization that she is PD. Not one behavior has changed and some have gotten worse, but wait, using PD logic here of course, "getting worse " is change! A pwPD realizing they are PD (the cause of ______ ), would ramp up "behaviors". Any thoughts?
