Dr Les. Carter is an author, therapist, and anger management/ narcissism expert who helps survivors to build self-esteem and find healthier alternatives.  Dr. Les  frequently posts videos on youtube and has a weekly live Q and A session (on Wednesdays). His motto is Dignity, Respect, and Civility (Dr. C).

Many individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse, or challenged by uPD behaviour in general  would find Dr. C's work to be a source of validation and clarity.

Carter's work was especially useful to me as I started to decode toxic family relationships. One video he has done on the subject is the following:
