Title: Borderline Personality Disorder support forums or chats?
Post by: Saskia. on February 10, 2021, 02:40:21 PM
Hello there,

I was wondering if there is a pre-existing post on here that lists online Borderline Personality Disorder support forums/chats? Or if anyone knows of any?

I have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality *Traits*, (as well as Major depression and social phobia) and I'm interested in reading about other peoples experiences in relationships.

Thank you in advance!

thank you for being updfront with your diagnosis.

there are some good resources here although the forum side is not active
http://www.bpdrecovery.com/

http://www.psychforums.com/borderline-personality/  is another place folks have recommended

you may be able to find a reddit that can help too as far as chat/ sharing information

Hi,

there is https://www.mentalhealthforum.net/forum/forums/borderline-personality-disorder-forum.142/ which is for pwBPD (and they have other forums as well). I'd recommend that family and friends of pwBPD take a look there to see things from the BPD perspective. It is very upsetting though, to read what our loved ones are probably going through.
