New here - confusing abbreviations

Hello here!
I am a 30+ years old who's happy to now live far away from my abusive, controlling helicopter parents.
I just discovered the website and like it very much but find some acronyms confusing, like FOO, eDH and stuff... is there a list with them somewhere?

PS: I love that hugging smiley, where do I find it?

many of our adult children of PD/ uPDs have shared similar stories of how hard it was to cut the cord with their parent(s) because of the enmeshment that often happens in a family relationship where a personality disorder is possible.  when you are ready to share we are listening.  we have a couple of different areas of the forum that can be helpful as you work your way out of the fear, obligation and guilt that often remain long after we move away.
