Hello.  I'm new to this site as of today.  I have a very good friend that has recommended this to me.  We share some similarities in the situations we encounter with our wives.  Mostly, BPD stuff and Narcissism tendencies.  I'll read up on the proper codes to use as well.
I do have a counselor that's assisting me.  My wife tells me that everything is my fault (her words, not mine).  She's not happy and does not take any responsibility for her own  life.  We've been married over 30 years.  My tendency is conflict avoidance and codependency.
I'm learning how best to cope & find it very challenging as I just hate the blaming and anger that my wife expresses to me.  We have one adult daughter living in our house, that's a full time college student.  She's plenty aware.  We've got one adult son living 30 minutes away, one adult daughter living somewhere in the area (not sure where), who does not stay in touch.....lots of Mom issues, and one adult daughter living 2 hours away.  Our youngest passed away at a young age, unfortunately.    Anyway, this is a start for me.
Thank you!
