Nice to meet you all. I am adult who had gone through very challenging time in child hood which has resulted into trauma leading to very challenging adult life. I have symptoms of CPTSD and I am undergoing therapy and medication for depression and anxiety. My objective here to is to met fellow members and give and get support in my journey of recovery.
