I found the analogy of the narcissist writing and directing a soap opera where they are the star very useful.

Also, the sentence where it's suggested that grey rock is a good method to get ourselves written out of the narcissist's series altogether made me laugh.

The soap opera. Yes this!  And the fact that they will never feel any thing for how they have treated you.   Yes this.  Team Healthy feels bad for how things went down.  Heck I feel bad for hazing a neighbor growing up.  That sticks with me today.  That was wrong.  We should not have done it.  I have empathy and maturity .  They have none.  Yep.
