I just listened to the audiobook and I strongly recommend anyone to listen to it. I know some people have issues with Richard Grannon and tghat he is controversial, but I absolutely loved the book. I found it particularly interesting to hear some of his background and his own experience with toxic partners. He is also giving some great advice about how to break co dependency, but to actually do his exercises it will involve heavy heavy work.
