Kris is awesome isn't she!!! :) I found her when one of the lovely people on this forum recommended me - she was talking about recovery/escape from workplace bullying!
She's amazing isn't she? Guitarman recommended her to me. I played some of her coaching videos this morning and I'm so glad I did, because by lunchtime one of the narcissists in my family was trying to press my buttons.
