Title: "Uncovering Happiness" by Elisha goldstein

I recently read "uncovering happiness" by Elisha Goldstein. It's about using mindfulness and self compassion to untangle depression. Although it isn't about pd's, it is really helpful and informative about how to become more aware of your own stuff and how to take good care of yourself emotionally. It has a good balance between the brain science and practical exercises/skills to use. I'm a big fan of using mindfulness and self compassion to heal and grow!

Been searching for self-help books to help ... Have been seeing a therapist for 4+ years (intense work)...but still can't find any happiness inside of myself...
I will give this book a try...
