So much of their negativity is grounded in 'feelings equal facts'. Must be true because that's how it makes me feel.
It makes me think of the time before I came Out of the FOG, when I would just be floored at the things he said, even though they were made up, I would believe him. Because who would lie about such things?
But you know the things he says aren't true, so it's his loss to not be a part of your D's recovery, which will happen, have faith.
