I follow the teachings of the author and counsellor Kris Godinez who specialises in Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome. Her YouTube channel is called "We Need To Talk with Kris Godinez". She gives live talks there most Sundays.

Her talks are archived on her YouTube and Facebook sites.

I find her very helpful and insightful.

I hope this is of help to you.

Best wishes

I follow a self-help person who focuses on recovery from Narcissistic abuse.  Her name is Melanie Tonia Evans.  She was involved with a PD partner/husband so her advice and information comes first hand.   Google her.  🙂

I listen to a podcast called Understanding Today's narcissist by Christine Hammond. She has an episode called How to survive a divorce with a narcissist  and many other useful episodes.

I recommend Ted talks of all sorts.  I find it a pleasure to hear calm and enthusiastic people capsulizing there work, research or goals.

Many times I don't agree with them but find their talks meaningful none the less.  It's okay to have a different opinions and I can dialogic mentally or by doing my own further reading.

What a refreshing change from dealing with a narcissist.  I also find that a lot of the TEDs are actually good news.  Like the Dr. Who is providing vision health for pennies in the dollar of USA cost in the third world.  Of the guy who is making a profit as a Dr., while giving medical care in a walk in clinic for immigrants and inner city poor.  Scientific progress in food security and disease control, and many other topics are a change from the doom and gloom my pdh seems to think is all the news there is.

There was a Ted (or Ted X) done by a writer who had a narcissistic mother. That was very good.
Other than that, the channel's I follow is NuMindframe, Surviving Narcissism (would recommend this one esp).
As a side note, and not reeeeeally narcissism related, Les Brown gives some wonderful talks on toxic people etc. Personally, his stuff inspired me the most to break free.

There are so many!

I've found another series on Youtube called "From Surviving to Thriving", by Michel Lee Nieves.  I hope I have the right spelling.

She has a narcissistic mother and survived a marriage to a narcissist, with whom she has children.

She is very calm, even when giving examples from her own life.

She also has a few videos that play recordings of conversations with narcissists that some of her subscribers have sent to her.

She pauses the recordings from time to time to explain the narcissist's tactics or the victim's response. (Narc interpreter)

She does give a trigger warning before playing them and edits them as best she can. But be warned. I found some of them really disturbing.

Check out Dr Less Carter on YouTube. I think his channel is called Surviving Narcissism.
