Title: I yelled at my mom today
Post by: milliebilly123 on July 12, 2019, 11:41:34 PM
I know this is suppose to be a welcoming mat for new users but I needed to let this out. Today I didn't study for the SAT and my mom got really pissed. Instead I fell asleep in my bed. She found and told me to study and it was like 11:00 pm. I was annoyed but I went downstairs and was ready to do it. All of sudden she kind of went ballistic on me, telling me I never do anything in the house and have no right to be annoyed or mad. I literally was so frustrated and couldn't hold it back, I screamed so freaking loud, I literally scared myself. She stared at me and continued to rant of how a bad and spoiled daughter I was and how I never go to a good college and I just felt so terrible and so bad. Obviously my dad chimes in and says the same things and I just feel so horrible. Right now they took my phone away and they are refusing to give me braces ( I've always wanted them since my teeth are so ugly) and they don't want me to go a really fun camp next week. I honestly just wanna die at this point. This obviously isn't the first time it has happened and it definitely won't be the last. I am so ugly, stupid, selfish, mean and honestly just a mean person. I just wanted ranted sorrryyy.

welcome to the group,

Out of the FOG is a support group for people who are in relationships with or are healing from relationships from people with diagnosed or undiagnosed personality disorders.  it could be romantic, family or friendship, or even a  work relationship.  it sounds like you are having a difficult time with your parents, but from what you shared it's hard for us to see if there is a PD or uPD involved.

it really concerns me that you said you wanted to die.  i'm going to share with you the emergency link
