This is a really good podcast that's helping me work through trauma release. T says I have trauma locked in my body I need to help release. Insight Timer is a meditation app with lots of free meditations and I think you can get it on the web without the app with those links.
Episode 4 is the most helpful so far. Many of us here grow up with a necessary alarm system that's outdated.
Many of us grow up or are used to others having an agenda and that continues to control us because nonPD people don't have an agenda. Since trust is unfamiliar it holds us back from freely experiencing well relationships. We're stuck in judging others and ourselves as a protective shell or wall.
Episode 5 'pain waits for you to deal with it' so it will continue to control us and prevent freedom untill we work through it.
