Title: About this Forum: Going No Contact with a PD Parent
Post by: Starboard Song on February 06, 2020, 12:46:23 PM
Welcome to Out of the FOG.

This board is dedicated to Going No Contact with a PD Parent. Some of us are in the heat of the battle, as we transition to NC. Others are contemplating this important decision, and are concerned about whether to do it, or how to do it. And many more continue to struggle with the long-term consequences and ongoing challenges. We are also blessed with the advice and strength of those that have been there, and are here to share their wisdom and success.

As always, we discourage telling members they OUGHT to go NC, or -- just as much -- telling them they SHOULDN'T. We share our experiences and observations while remembering we don't know the details of each member's story.

If you are concerned about privacy and security, please do recall all of our privacy guidelines and take care to withold revealing details that may jeopardize your anonymity.
