Title: Update to: To tell or not to tell
Post by: SunnyMeadow on July 05, 2020, 02:00:25 PM
You guys, I followed your good advice! I didn't tell my uNPDmom my child was in town for a visit.

It was a fun, easy and STRESS FREE visit. No dreading the six hour visit to grandma. We gave very little thought to her as we all enjoyed each other's company.

Thanks for setting me straight when I was battling the FOG. You all reminding me what could happen if she knew really snapped me back into clear thinking.

This stuff isn't easy and I appreciate you giving me your thoughts.

So glad to hear you had such a great, stress free visit!

And thanks for the update. It's always so good to be reminded that we do in fact have choices, in spite of our early childhood "programming", we're allowed to live our own lives without including toxic people.
