Hello there,
I'm new here, and also new to learning about narcissistic abuse, and how it may manifest.
I also have "trauma bonds" with my relationship with my mother, and inside my marriage, along with other confusing things I'm still trying to learn about :blush:
I will be also embarking a trail separation soon, mainly to heal myself (or possibly a stepping stone to divorce).
Very grateful for this forum.
