Hey everyone, thanks for this space.
I've recently returned to my family home due to lockdown in my country and, as an adult, I am seeing this far more clearly than before.
My father is exhausting, and I really need somewhere I can come to discuss coping mechanisms, supporting my mum and helping dad too, where I can.
Thanks in advance for this - just knowing there is a space for us to talk makes me feel supported.

i'm sorry the situation with the COVID has put you back in proximity with abusive behaviors.
