These Self-Compassion Guided Practices and Exercises by Dr Kristin Neff have been so helpful! I recommend them for anyone who struggles with being too hard on yourself and the intense feelings that come from that. There are some 5 minute self-compassion breaks too for if you just need something to interrupt negative self-talk but don't have lots of time/energy/focus for longer meditations:
