I've just watched a video on the Stephanie Lyn Coaching YouTube channel titled "How to Make a Narcissist GO AWAY! Starve them of their supply".
I need to watch these types of videos to maintain my NC with my abuser and to remind myself what I've experienced over decades.
Keep calm. Stay strong. Be safe.
Never again switching on the TV, radio, watching films, logging into social media, buying their music, reading their books, never listening to any politicians. attending religious gatherings.... Then we have the professions.. Yes !! Starve them of their supply!! What a world it would be!?? :sadno: Very dull bland world. I know its meant on a personal level, (thats why NC is the option) but they are everywhere milking that supply.
