Has anyone read "When Love is a Lie" companion workbook "Stop Spinning, Start Breathing"?  I just finished "When Love is a Lie" on Kindle and am interested in the workbook (the idea of going through it terrifies me so I know I connected strongly with the subject matter).  Has anyone done this yet and did you find it helpful?

Anyway, I found the book really helpful. It was the first book I read on the topic and opened my eyes to my own situation.
