Hi folks,
Not sure this is allowed, my apologies if not. The book "Splitting: Protecting Yourself While Divorcing Someone with Borderline or Narcissistic Personality Disorder" by Bill Eddy was recommended to me. Has anyone read it? Is it worth the read?
TIA

I just started it.  I read Stop Walking on Eggshells, which was recommended by my therapist.  I downloaded Will I Ever Be Free of You, but havent read it yet.  Looking forward to the recommendations of others.

I'm reading "Splitting" now, and I have bookmarked about 20 pages so far for reference.  And I'm only halfway through.

It's definitely helped me prepare for the worst!

I'm reading his other book, Don't Alienate the Kids, which focuses on how to keep children from becoming pawns or collateral damage during and after divorce. I'm finding it incredibly helpful in guiding me while dealing with extreme and high conflict behaviors from my ex. So if Splitting is anywhere near as good as his other book, I'm sure it'd be a valuable resource.
