Have spent a lifetime being gaslighted and scapegoated and finally broke free, only to have the world come down even harder in the last year. It's like having a million narcs pushing and prying into my life instead of the original small group. When will this bullshit end?

I was thinking of this today while I listened to a friend talk about a friend's bad breakup.  After listening to a lengthy exposition, I wondered if the bad boyfriend was had NPD.  Then I immediately stopped myself and thought - here I go seeing PDs around every corner.

But the truth is I grew up with a NPD sis and married a OCPDxh.  I've lived my life surround by a disordered family and for the first time in my life, I am not sure what is really real.  So when we get a NPD president - and people erupt around our country and world that all appear off-kilter - I too feel like you surrounded by people who are just not right.

Sad and it stinks.

I understand what you're saying. I'm talking about something different though. What I describe  happening is real.

It's like organised narcissistic abuse, perpetrated by sociopaths. That's the only way I can describe it. Layered negative energy trying to destroy every body in its path.

After I woke up from a period of normal denial (a product of preprogrammed anxiety funnelling) it's been very easy for me to see through what's going on.  It's been amazing and gratifying that so many others do too.

It's the first time I've had other people see the same thing I have in exactly the same way. So many people waking up. Millions, probably even billions. All over the world a billion awakened souls, soon to be billions more.

It won't be long before what I was complaining about in my op will be over and we will all be able to dismiss this insanity for what it really is; a farce being run by people who are so out of touch with their own humanity that they forgot the human spirit exists. They didn't think it was important enough to leave it in the model, and now they can never win..

As I learn more and more about the ways pd/NARCs and sociopaths manipulate and influence others I recognize these traigjts being used by politicians, business people and even the media.

It seems at times the major culture may becoming increasingly made up of pd folks who align themselves across various devices, political or religious, or financial.

It makes me want to simplify my life so I can spend less time in the mainstream and more time with my tribe and FOC.
