PD/NPD sister's different faces through speech patterns

I have figured out PD/NPD sister's different faces based on how she speaks.

She uses "like" every two or three words when she's being mostly truthful. and/or is wanting something. 

When she's being evasive or lying, there's a lot of start and stops, redirection, no complete thought expressed and always says "(Do) you know what I mean."    It should be noted that some lies she's probably practiced in her head and can state it clearly and completely.   It's when she's questioned on the lie that she's evasive.

When she's losing control of the situation/conversation, she either yells and swears, or says she's giving up and not do anything to correct the issue in an angry tone.

When's she being manipulative, she uses "you know" excessively.   

When she's called out on her lies, she deflects with accusations against me. 

She can switch from one to another quickly in a "conversation" and will use these in combination.

Good topic! I've seen similar things in people. I can tell when certain people are lying by the way they talk and look at me (don't look at me!) while speaking. The lying and swearing when they're losing control of the situation/conversation...that's a big one. I've definitely experienced that as well.

It's good you are on to her games. Should make it easier to protect yourself from her actions.

SunnyMeadow, it took recording, transcribing, then reading the conversations to see the patterns.

When in conversations, I was listening to what she was saying, and trying to formulate responses, which wouldn't set her off, or questions, as well as trying to keep my emotions in check, so unable to see the patterns.   

It was enlightening when I identified the patterns.
