Anyone here have experience with an extended family member who has undiagnosed PD who uses alienation, shunning, and refuses to acknowledge or accept family members or life events / new children? anyone have experienced with being a target of alienation after being treated kindly for several years and then after I get engaged with the family members in Law sibling not blood sibling a switch is flipped and they act like I don't exist and my family doesn't exist ?

Welcome!  I am sorry you are experiencing the discard phase of the cycle. It can be confusing when you are dealing with a person with PD, and often you don't know what you have done to offend them.
This site is full of information, go to the personality disorders tab and the Toolbox tab and start reading. You are not alone!
I can't hate my way into loving myself.

i was shunned by my MIL for two holiday cycles after i told her she wasn't living in my house.

it was awkward at the dinner/ celebration but pretty peaceful the rest of the time as DH's sister refused to act as a flying monkey for her mother.
