A Ramani WORKSHOP

I promise I am not Shilling.  I just really liked  Dr Ramani's YouTube videos and found out she had Workshops.  I am going to try this month's - Closure and Justice.   $25 a month is more affordable than TalkSpace or Better Help.  And It was very important that the coach GOT IT.  She understands Narc abuse.
This was a major  goal so I am so exited to find this!

I will let you know how it goes.  I was also interested in Lee's Free To Be workshop. Will try that upcoming.

My very first day and I already feel Money Well spent.  It is set up each month is a new theme.  September was inJustice.  October is Forgiveness   There is a Q and A.  A Guided Meditation. And a Chat Board.  I have access from Today through one month..  And a journal exercise.  there was a Q and A Zoom this morning that I was able to watch the video replay tonight.  I am going to dip into the chat board next.  Yes.  This was the sort of thing I was looking for!  Woo hoo.

I did a church lesson and a addiction class once about Breaking Strongholds where you practice and journal and think about the  topic.  It worked.  I have been happily sober for a year and a half now!!

Was looking forward to doing that work with my toxic Narc mom relationship.  So far very happy!!
