Been drowning in PDs my whole life

Joined a couple of weeks ago and did not realize there was a space to introduce yourself (I'm a little slow with technology). 

I'm a Daughter of a BPD mother.  Sister of older siblings with BPD, NPD and GC syndrome,  Married into a family with NPD and other traits as well.  Been working on putting myself first and changing the dynamic with them all over the past couple of years.  They consider me to be a party pooper and a chaos causing rebel for distancing myself and having new boundaries.  I cannot completely escape all of them, so I'm here to gain insights on how to better navigate various situations and continue working on my inner freedom and recovery from their abuse.  Hope I can also sometimes be of encouragement to others dealing with PD nonsense too.  Happy to have found this site.

Hi, I've seen you on the boards too. 
I like your reference to GC syndrome, I've not heard it called that before but it certainly fits. They don't like it when we change and no longer accept the role they give us. The last words I heard my NPD mother say were, " I expected you..... " I put the phone down and went NC, she wasn't expecting that.

You will gain insights here. Everyone is very helpful.
