Legal harassment?

Has anyone here experienced legal harassment from their person?

Me and my sister are long term estranged. The stuff she said and did over the years, there's no going back from.  There was a lot of harassment and abuse and anger from her. Even taking measures to minimise it didn't help. She was impossible to reason with as well as one point.

I just had to ignore her for the most part. 


I had three months of a quiet spell from her. Over the past two weeks approx she started raising her head again. All of it from her is electronic communications and abuses and her current method is an online forum where she figured me out. Even though I never wrote anything about. And also emails.

I have her emails going into a separate folder where I don't need to read them however the numbers in the folder is now climbing up and up and up.

The recent emails is threatening legal action against me. She is claiming that I am harassing her and abusing her. 

She is utterly delusional.  The last time I responded to her was two years ago to ask her to leave me alone but she will not leave me alone.  I am not contacting her.

I am not too sure if it's civil.  There was new civil orders brought in last year against harassment. She has built a case against me in a long list that she has complied bringing up old arguments from 15 years ago and wants to include that in her application. All of this is her mental health where she wants to bully me for an apology while she calls me names.   I apologised to her before for an arguement but it still wasn't good enough for her. The stuff she wrote to me about over the past number of years was unreal.


There is new law since last year and I was not replying to her.  There was no communication from me. Here she is with intense hate as per usual within her email.

Basically the gist of it is threatening legal action. Would that be bluff or what?  I doubt she has an attorney because if she had she would be told more.  There has been no communications from me for two years.  Unless if she has a different phone and she's sending herself abusive communications from a number and then claiming it's me or something. I don't know.

Is that bluff?

I checked the courts website and it's very hard to navigate and find forms.  And I doubt she has an attorney and she would need one especially with the abusive communications that she sent me. I have hundreds of emails and even within the dates of the new law being in force and there is a lot of foul language and vulgar vulgar vulgar vulgar things where she wrote a lot about tits and cocks. Many many many more things.

I wanted to explore the new law but it was hard to find an attorney due to it being so new.

So what happens in something like this?  She is fueled by hate and revenges and punishments.

RiverPurl - I have no idea what legalities are involved in this, but oh, my WORD! How horrible to have this continuing and the emails piling up. I am so sorry!

From the small bit you describe and your total lack of engagement, I can't imagine any of her accusations having any traction.

I am so thankful you do not read her emails or engage. Very wise!!
