Intro .. Hello from New England US

Hi all as my name implies I am here for help. I really need it. Ive been in a toxic relationship for so long I dont know what normal looks like. I have finally made the decision to end it. But I am defiantly codepdant, frightened, intimidated and super worried about how it will all go down.
I am 99% sure I have CPSD.
My relationship is over 15 years long, non married Hetro couple with no children.
I need help gathering the strength to get over the last few feet of going No Contact. I dunno what else to say other than thank you in advance for nay help and support.
