Hello, Hi,

This is my first post.

Like to say hello to everyone first, I hail from the Highlands of Scotland, live up on the side of a very steep large hill, not quite a mountain.
Full of greenery,river and wildlife.

Moved away from the chaos down in the Southern part of the UK some time ago so l now have my own space-time for myself.

Narcissistic father died on new year's day this year, one of the reasons for joining this site, seeking out others who have had similar experiences, just to read how they coped with this incredible fallout of intense feelings and emotions.

Just hurts really badly.

Spent lot's of time full of sadness, some regrets, lots of wishing, loads of tears.

welcome to the group

it sounds like you picked a beautiful and rugged place to heal as you unpack your relationship with your late NPD father.

death can complicate and strain relationships in the healthiest of family- dealing with the death of a uPD/PD parent can make the grief process all the more challenging.  we're here for you when you are ready to share more.  until then, please be kind to yourself.
