Ok, so I went through each post in this sub-forum last week and ordered some books accordingly.

What I'm seeking to add is a book or workbook that helps with rebuilding self-esteem after being connected to a person with a PD (e.g. family member, ex-partner, etc).

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks!

Having good boundaries and internal boundaries with myself helps. They're two different but related things. Google internal boundaries

The book here Will I Ever Be Good Enough helped me most. There a whole section dedicated to building your new self after you detach

Code of the Extraordinary Mind but that comes with a language warning

Enneagram research helps me see my full potential

Have you checked out The Self Esteem Workbook by Glenn Schiraldi?

The Self-Esteem Workbook (A New Harbinger Self-Help Workbook) https://www.amazon.com/dp/1626255938/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_Ors6Fb5VWRB82?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I just started and like it so far.

I didn't read that last one. I will give it a go over the holidays

Thank you for the recommendations, I haven't heard about any of what's been recommended!  I'll look into those books and resources :)

I just read The Psychologist and Her Narcissists by Jenny Tamasi- it's a memoir self help book that has healing activities at the end of each chapter and a place to journal at the end. I really liked this book! It's more of a memoir self help but is easy to read and has humor with good activities to help survivors of narcissistic abuse and reflection points. The author is a psychologist.
The complex ptsd workbook by Arielle Schwartz is easy to use and has a lot of good information and activities about cptsd- it gets dry though at times but is helpful.
