This may sound odd.
As much as I can't wait to be able to get out again socially (I have been going out to work and to do necessary errands), I feel some anxiety. Updh is mostly an introvert. He is also very controlling. For the most part I think the COVID situation has suited him. He's not expected to go anywhere or really interact much with anyone. Likewise I am not going out anywhere socially (leaving him alone/lonely), I'm not spending 'unnecessary' money (for family outings, hair cuts etc). He hasn't had to socialize with folks he's not fond of. As introverted as he is, he had started to say he's tired of being isolated and looking forward to seeing people again. I think reentry will be challenging for him. I think part of the reason things e have been more calm here is that he is 'happy as a pig in poop' to have me to himself waiting on him keeping him company etc. I feel like once we are 'back to normal' it will be harder for me to medium chill as much as I have.
Is anyone else here concerned about this?

I certainly am. Updh seems to have gotten worse, if such a thing is possible. He's now really bad interacting even on a limited basis, and he's gotten even more PD with us here all the time and essentially catering to him to keep life decent during the pandemic.
I have been working the whole time, but even so, there has been more WFH and that kind of thing; I've been around more, and kid is continually here. PD hasn't worked for....hell I think we're going on 2 years now.
I do not have high hopes.

I am.
Just like you've described, I have very mixed feelings on coming out of quarantine.
With little to no interaction with the outside world, we've settled into a way of living together that will be hard to break.
For me, the end of quarantine signals the beginning of going back out there and pretending I have a normal, acceptable marriage. I'm not sure I can do that anymore.
