Hello all,

This is my first post in a public forum in a very long time. I came here to find a community of others who are dealing with a partner or family member with a personality disorder or other things like PTSD. I am not very up on the terminology, but I believe that my partner most likely has Borderline Personality Disorder. I realized this only recently when I was venting to a family member and feeling like I was losing my grip on reality and that trusted family member said to me, "It sounds like she has BPD." So I started googling, as one does, and I highly suspect that she does. This is how I feel:  :stars:

I don't have much else to say at the moment since I feel like I need to do some more reading on this site, but I would love to connect with others who are going through this roller coaster and feeling like:  :stars:

Thank you for allowing me into this forum.

Warmest welcome! What I found most helpful is focusing on the behaviors I found most challenging, looking them up in the Top 100 Traits at the top of the forum. The Do and Don't section is very helpful for each trait. The Toolbox especially the What To Do section is excellent. When I landed here it took some time for it to sink in so give yourself grace.

There's a special Chosen board for some focused support on relationship challenges you may find helpful. Wishing you peace as you find your way Out of the FOG.
