A support worker suggested I look at this website, so I did.  It all seems overwhelming.  It took me some time to register but I did that just now.  I read a recent "Introduction" post that could have been written by me (from Sandy) and am now taking very small steps into this new place.  The abbreviations seem daunting; in fact, everything seems daunting.  I wonder, too, once I start, will I ever stop?
