NMIL and the virus

NMIL has lost the plot since the start of the virus restrictions. She's refusing to wear a mask and verbally assaults people in the street who are wearing one, including her 'friends'.

She's on social media trolling anyone who has a different opinion about the virus and restrictions. She's totally obsessed and sends hubby links to conspiracy theory sites and now he's brainwashed into thinking everyone is out to get him.
Hubby keeps telling me how 'enlightened' she is an how's she's changed and really cares about what's happening in the world.

When the truth is she hates being told what to do by the government or anyone else, she doesn't care if she spreads the virus because she thinks she immune. People are stopping me in the street and asking what's wrong with her, I just tell them she's mad and lockdown sent her other the edge.

I don't really care what damage she does to herself but she's dragging hubby down with her. Any decent mother would be reassuring their son, instead of feeling of the fear she is creating with all this drama. It's very disturbing.

The pandemic is really bringing out the worst in some people! And PDs have a pretty bad worst.

My stepkids' mom is the opposite, she puts on a front like she's soooo pro mask and safe. And then in private she takes the kids all around town (literally they went to a dinner party with people from all over the country and she "forgot" their masks). Then when of course they're exposed and have to quarantine, she straight up refuses, takes them to more parties.

It's very frustrating! The poor kids are on edge all the time because they know it's unsafe and they don't really have a choice.
