Do we have a stalker now?

Hi everyone
I am trying to create NC for my adult intellectually disabled child, and yes I feel wrong no matter what I do, but they are being harrassed via email and my uNPD ex has begun stalking and alienating behaviour so I don't feel safe enrolling our child anywhere that has publicity.  I hope someone has some advice.  I've given up on legal stuff. 

I am caregiver, and my ex has no way of caring for our child.

Could you make a new email address for your child? Is your uNPD ex stalking your child via email or some other way?

Block your ex or create new email accounts is all I can think of.
